Taylor County Emergency Management serves as a vital resource in safeguarding our community through preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation efforts. As part of Region 10 in Kentucky, we work closely with local, state, and federal agencies, first responders, and community partners to enhance public safety and resilience.

Our mission is to protect lives, property, and the environment by coordinating emergency response efforts and providing critical resources before, during, and after disasters. Whether facing severe weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies, we are committed to ensuring a swift and effective response to keep Taylor County safe.
